The Lipotropic injection has B12 so it helps with energy in addition to burning fat. Specific ingredients can vary by compounding pharmacy. The lipotropic contains Methionine (amino acid that reduces fat and aids in lowering cholesterol), Inositol (metabolizes fats and cholesterol and aids in the redistribution of body fat), Choline (fat emulsifier and helps to emulsify cholesterol so that it does not settle on arterial walls), Cyancobalamin (B12- produces energy and fatty acid synthesis), Pyridoxine (B6- mild diuretic so helps you lose water weight) and Carnitine (fatty acid oxidation). The lipotropic is an injection that can be administered subcutaneously but has to be given 3 days a week or it can be given IM (either 1 ml twice a week or 2 ml once a week).
